Anusthan Pooja ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

1. Information we collect

• Name, gotra and mobile number — for the puja sankalp and updates
• Email (optional) — for receipts and notifications
• Postal address (optional) — only to courier your prasad
• Technical logs — a hash of your IP (never the raw IP) to prevent abuse

We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are processed entirely on Razorpay's secure servers.

2. How we use it

Your information is used for exactly three things — (a) taking your name and gotra in the puja sankalp, (b) sending booking updates, the video and tracking on WhatsApp/email, and (c) couriering your prasad. Nothing beyond this.

3. Sharing

We never sell your data. It reaches only: the pandit at the relevant temple (name and gotra), the payment gateway (Razorpay), our WhatsApp message provider, and the courier company (address only). Also to a competent authority where legally required.

4. Security

The entire site runs over HTTPS. Admin passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Database queries are parameterised (protected against SQL injection). Payments are confirmed with server-to-server signature verification.

5. Your rights

You may ask to view, correct or delete your information at any time — write to support@poojapath.in. After a booking is complete we retain records only as long as accounting and legal requirements demand.
